1. How long will it take to ship my item(s)?

It takes approximately 3-4 weeks from the day your order is placed to the day your order is shipped.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States. We eventually would like to expand, when the time is right.

 

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are all personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

4. What if my item is incorrect or damaged?

If your item is incorrect or damaged (prior to receiving it), please contact us at customnixknacks@gmail.com or use our Contact Us page and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
